How do I start?

Welcome! I offer a FREE Introductory Call where we can chat, you can briefly share about yourself, I'll explain what it looks like to work together, you can ask any questions you may have, and we can see if this is a good fit! Click here to schedule your free Introductory Call!

What does the process of working together look like?

II. Initial Consultation & Fill out Health History Form

 

Once you've scheduled your Initial Consultation (after the Intro call) you will be asked to fill out a Health History Intake form.  This will give me a better understanding of your history, current health situation, main symptoms, current challenges & more. Jess spends 1hr+ reviewing your intake forms.

 

During the Initial Consultation I will ask more questions to help get a complete picture of your health concerns, tune into you and then clarify what's going on for you that's affecting your health. We will discuss a plan for moving forward. Please keep in mind that the Initial Consultation is mostly an Intake, the most important part of our work will come from Follow-up sessions.

III. Follow-up Sessions 

During the Follow-up sessions I will guide you through a full holistic healing protocol which is co-created step by step, suited to your individual needs in a sustainable way.

How many Follow-up Sessions do I need?

Everyone is unique and therefore so is your healing timeline. Many factors include symptom severity; state of your immune system and more. Once we do the Initial consultation I will have a better idea for how much time I believe we'll need to work with one another.

How much time do you usually recommend in between sessions?

Again everyone is different. Usually meeting every 2 weeks for a specified amount of time is a great way to start. However some are further along in their healing journey and only need to meet every 3 weeks to 1x a month. While others may need more support and wish to meet weekly. We'll work together to figure out what is best for you.

How do I prepare for session/s with you?

  • Complete your Health history or Follow-up form.

  • Have a pen & paper or note-taking device handy

  • Select a distraction-free location

  • Ensure you have strong signal or wifi connection.

  • Know that you are taking great steps towards your health. Your privacy and comfort are top priorities. Our sessions are a safe, non- judgmental space, where you will be supported and uplifted. 

How do you conduct your sessions? 

If you live within the US, I will call you from an unlisted number at the time of our confirmed appointment.

 

If you live outside of the United States, you will be sent a Zoom link for an audio call scheduled at the time of our confirmed appointment. Please make sure that you download the Zoom App (on your computer and/or phone) and create an account before our first session.
